This Auroom sauna comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing and material defects that prevent normal use of the product.
What's Covered:

Manufacturing defects
Material defects
Repairs or replacement of defective parts
Cost of repairs (with manufacturer's prior agreement)

What's Not Covered:

Damage from incorrect installation or use
Natural wood characteristics (grain patterns, knots, slight color variations)
Normal wear and tear
Damage from using non-Auroom components
Damage from improper storage or extreme weather
Visible defects that could have been spotted before installation
Damage from public or heavy commercial use (unless pre-approved)

Important Notes:

Stop using the product and report any defects within 2 months of discovery
The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser
Photos and proof of purchase are required for warranty claims
Additional components (like heaters) are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties
